Abby Rock: About Us

Drawing on my 22 years manufacturing experience in composites and a working knowledge of cast polymer molding and production processes, I created Abby Rock architectural stone products. I was so proud of the results that I named it after my daughter Abigail.

The key component in Abby Rock is solid polymer substrate (SPS) produced from a recycled composite by-product obtained through innovative reclamation and containment processes to ensure the integrity of the material*.

I believe Abby Rock presents a unique opportunity to OEM builders interested in co-developing pre-cast wall sections for factory or on-site installation. By working directly with us, our builder partners are helping to fill a new market niche, turning SPS scrap into a high-end line of home and garden building products.

The idea for Abby Rock products originated from my desire for lightweight, realistic decorative stone for a family landscaping project. It had to be beautiful, durable, easy to install, and affordable. Something I couldn’t find in the marketplace.
